Lifetime Achievement Award
The accolade will be awarded to someone who has made an outstanding contribution to early years over many years. Previous winners are Pauline Trudell, Tina Bruce, Jean Ensing CBE, Professor Lesley Abbott and Lesley Staggs.
Team of the Year
This will be awarded to a multi-disciplinary team working in an early years setting. It will need to demonstrate how different professionals have worked collaboratively to achieve its goals. This could include working together on a specific project or achieving continued and sustained success. Applicants will need to have a clear understanding of what effective teamwork involves.
Setting of the Year

The winner of this award will be an early years unit or setting, whether indoors or outdoors, or a combination of both, that clearly shows a vision beyond promoting good educational practice for young children. The entries will need to ooze enthusiasm and commitment to early years teaching.
Montessorian of the Year

This independently judged award will go to a deserving Montessori practitioner who has firmly demonstrated the effective skills essential in guiding children the Montessori way.
